At CP-Meiji factory, we begin our day at the breaking dawn when a farmer drives to the site delivering us the raw fresh milk collected from all the farm members. All the milk we purchased is transported from the farms in a cooler area which assures us it is from the healthy, happy cows.

Coming straight from the farms guarantees the freshness in every drop of the milk. The raw milk is transferred into a big tank ready for the processing to produce the fully-nutritious pasteurized fresh milk to fill every cc of the carton.
The raw milk must be weighed and checked for residues, fat and amount of microbes. Its every drop must be tested several times for invisible contamination to assure the pure, chemical-free fresh milk. After the process, we guarantee our raw milk can be trusted for its rich nutrition.
Some of the milk will have its color, aroma and flavor adjusted according to CP-Meiji’s secret recipes for a variety of deliciousness. The products are 12 popular flavors including sweetened, chocolate, and strawberry.

All are rich in taste and aroma, yet the flavor of real fresh milk that every Meiji fan loves is still intact.
Afterward, the milk will be sent to the pasteurizing process going through the heat at 72-75 degree Celsius which is the right temperature to kill the bad microbes but save all the nutrition of the milk. The process is done quickly within 15 seconds to preserve the fresh milk flavor. The milk will be beaten until the fat disperses and the texture turns evenly soft, then the temperature is quickly lowered to 4 degree Celsius.

After this step, the milk will be clean and free of microbes while the protein, calcium, vitamins, and full flavor are still intact.
Pasteurized milk is brought to the sterile room and filled in white opaque bottles that help protects the milk from the light. Then the highest-technology machine in Thailand will seal the bottles with foils and cap locks. We are careful in every step of the process to retain the freshness of Meiji pasteurized milk.

After that, the milk and its container will be tested for the capacity and quality to confirm that all the bottles are completely secured to arrive safely in the consumer’s hand.
Meiji pasteurized milk will be stored in a cooling room with temperature set at 5 degree Celsius waiting to be distributed. During the delivery, every bottle of milk will be kept in the same temperature as the cooling room.

The delivery is planned to finish within the day to serve the demands from local and foreign markets. Because CP-Meiji realizes that the freshness can’t wait long, we race the time striving to preserve the freshness of our milk and make sure it reaches you alive.
CP-Meiji cares to track the quality of our pasteurized milk even the moment it is arriving your hands. On regular basis, we randomly select the samples of pasteurized milk from each lot and bring to the lab to check the quality of the milk.

No matter when and where you pour our milk in the glass, we never stop improving and tracking the quality of that milk in your hand. So you can be certain that we always care and pay attention to your health every day. Every morning, at the breaking dawn, we are awake and ready to produce you the milk for your life energy.
