Pomegranate and apple with Meiji Bulgaria dressing salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cup of 110g Meiji Bulgaria Mild Sweetened Flavour Set Yoghurt
  • 300 g mixed lettuce
  • 2 apples
  • 4 tbsp. pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

Method:

Step 1

Whisk Meiji Bulgaria Mild Sweetened Flavour Set Yoghurt in a small bowl. Add lemon juice and a bit of salt and pepper.

Step 2

Prepare salad in a serving platter, Fan out slices of apple and fresh pomegranate on top of the lettuce leaves.

Step 3

Sprinkle all over with Meiji Bulgaria dressing salad.
