Grilled Salmon with White Miso Sauce

  • 1/2 cup of Meiji fresh milk
  • 260 g salmon filet
  • 3 tbsp. white miso
  • 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. corn flour
  • 100 g asparagus
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper


Step 1

Combine all the sauce ingredients in the food blender (milk, white miso, rice wine vinegar, ginger, sugar, corn flour. Blend until it smooth.

Step 2

Put the sauce into the low heat pan. Stir until it bubbles.

Step 3

Prepare to grill salmon. Heat the skillet over medium heat. Then coat the side of the salmon fillets with oil and season evenly with salt and pepper. Place the salmon skin side down on the grill and cover it for about 5-7 minutes per side.

Step 4

Use the same skittle to stir fry asparagus. Seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Place the sauce over the salmon and serve with asparagus.
