Vanilla Milk Kaya Toast

  • 200 ml Meiji 4.3 Deluxe Milk
  • 4 eggs yolks
  • 50 g white sugar
  • 50 g palm sugar
  • 1 tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 slided of bread


Step 1

Stir Meiji 4.3 Deluxe Milk, sugar, palm sugar in saucepan over the medium heat. Stir until the sugar melted.

Step 2

Beat the egg yolks in a small bowl.

Step 3

Slowly pour the egg mixture into the saucepan and constantly stirring.

Step 4

Adding 1 tbsp. of water to corn starch and mix it well. Then pour the cornstarch into the saucepan.

Step 5

Keep stir constantly over medium heat. The mixture started to thicken around 10 minutes. Then add the vanilla extract.

Step 6

Add food-coloring if needed. Serve kaya with toast beard.
