Milk Ice Cream with Salted Egg Sauce and Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Meiji fresh milk
  • 6 salted egg yolk
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. custard powder
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch

Method:

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in the high-speed blender and blend until perfectly smooth.

Step 2

Pour the custard mixture into the pan and heat it slowly. Keep stir until it thickens and starts bubble. Take off the heat.

Step 3

To serve, add the sauce on top with milk ice cream. For decoration if needed. Garnish with caramel popcorn to add more flavor.
