Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of 160 ml Meiji Paigen Culture Drinking Yoghurt Lower Sugar
  • 100 g spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Method:

Step 1

Combine Meiji Paigen Lower Sugar Drinking Yoghurt and spinach in a blender. Blend well until all leafy chunks are gone.

Step 2

Add frozen banana and blend again until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Add a bit of lemon juice to add more flavors.
