SOS Children’s Villages Thailand

CP-Meiji joined the “World Milk Day” campaign with the “Drinking Milk for Children” CSR activity in its 2nd year, with scholarship grants and Meiji products handed out to the children at SOS Children’s Villages Thailand. On July 21, 2017, CP-Meiji Co., Ltd., led by Chalinee Poonlarbmongkol, Assistant Director of Corporate Affairs, gave Meiji Pasteurized Fresh Milk and scholarships worth over 60,000 Baht from the “Drinking Milk for Children” activity to SOS Children’s Villages Thailand with Mr. Wicharn Kumpinit, Director of SOS Children’s Villages Thailand in Chiang Rai as its representative. “Drinking Milk for Children” activity is one of CP-Meiji’s CSR projects, held for 2nd consecutive year at Meiji replica milk factory at Kidzania, Bangkok during June 1 to 11, 2017 which coincided with World Milk Day (June 1, 2017) to support good physical and mental health of Thai youth by drinking milk. The activity also gives opportunity for underprivileged children to have good health, for all people in the society to enjoy good health and quality of life according to the company’s standpoint that “good life can happen every day.” Children were invited to visit the replica milk factory and enjoy fun game of sticking Meiji Pasteurized Fresh Milk labels on the activity board in front of the CP-Meiji replica milk factory to earn the donation money for SOS Children Villages Thailand.
